Physician-Led Practice Consulting
Strong operations and intentional culture are how good practices become great ones.
ScientiaMD helps independent and multispecialty medical groups strengthen day-to-day operations, build cultures that retain clinicians and staff, and grow without losing what makes them worth working for.
One engagement, eight years
Annualized revenue of a three-site multispecialty group, grown under ScientiaMD's operational leadership while sustaining a weekly culture program for eight consecutive years.
What we do
Consulting engagements are led personally by a physician who has run the front desk meetings, negotiated the contracts, and built the culture program. No leverage model, no junior teams.
Practice Operations
Workflow design, service line development, revenue cycle integrity, EHR optimization, and value-based care readiness. Practical fixes that clinical and administrative teams will actually adopt, drawn from years of running a growing multispecialty group.
Culture by Design
A structured methodology for building durable practice culture around weekly fundamentals, ritual, and leadership behavior. Not a poster on the wall: a repeatable operating system for how your people treat patients and each other, proven over eight years of continuous practice.
Leadership & Growth Advisory
Advisory for physician owners and executives navigating growth, succession, new service lines, or payer contracting. A thinking partner who has sat in the owner's seat and speaks both clinical and business fluently.
A track record, not a pitch deck
Selected results from ScientiaMD's principal engagement leading operations and culture for a three-site multispecialty group north of Boston.
